About this app

VendorFlow is the simplest way for any business that sends goods out to vendors and job-workers to keep track of what went out, what came back, and what's still pending - without spreadsheets or paper challans.

Send goods out in seconds
Issue an outward challan to any vendor or job-worker in a few taps. Add multiple item types and piece counts, and VendorFlow logs the dispatch with a date and a reference number automatically.

Receive back, reconciled live
Log every return lot as it comes in. Balances update on their own, so you always know how many pieces are still out with each vendor - no manual tallying.

Good vs defective, with proof
Mark returned pieces as good or defective, and attach a photo as evidence. Every receipt keeps its own good/defect breakdown so quality issues never get lost.

Reconcile every dispatch
The balance view shows each open dispatch with a live sent / received / defect / pending breakdown per item, plus aging so you can see what's overdue at a glance. Chase the vendor, or write off lost pieces - your books stay accurate.

Share reports and export
Send WhatsApp and email summaries to your team or your vendor, or export the full dispatch balance as CSV and PDF for your records.

Works in your language
Switch the whole app between English and Hindi at any time.
