TiffinFlow is the daily operating screen for anyone who cooks food for other
people — tiffin services, dabbawalas, mess and canteen kitchens, cloud kitchens,
home bakers and cook-to-order home chefs.
Every morning the same three questions decide your day: how many to cook, what
to send, and who still owes you. TiffinFlow answers all three in one place, so
nothing is guessed and nothing is forgotten.
KNOW HOW MANY TO COOK
Open the app and see one number for today. Pauses, leaves, holidays and skipped
meals are already taken out, so you shop and cook for the real headcount instead
of over-cooking "just in case". Separate counts for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
POST TODAY'S MENU, TAKE ORDERS
Write today's menu once and share a single link on WhatsApp, in a building
group or with your regulars. Customers open it and confirm, skip or add an extra
box in a tap. Their answers land straight in your count — no more scrolling
through a hundred messages to work out who wants what.
PAYMENTS AND CREDIT, SORTED
A clean khata for every customer: what they took, what they paid, what is still
due. See collected and pending at a glance, mark payments in one tap, and send a
polite reminder on WhatsApp without typing the same message over and over.
Monthly, weekly and per-meal billing cycles are all handled.
