The ring is still having connectivity issues. Help simply says to read the instructions (there aren't any). I messaged support weeks ago because the ring is not the right size I ordered or if it is, it is not accurately sized. They said they would send another and I never heard back. The battery life is really really good and when it works, the data is great.

This is much better than it's been in the past. At times (once a week) I do run into connectivity issues which take a few minutes to resolve, but it's otherwise a well designed and working application.

I've had issues since day one with either the ring or app at various times. Now I've had a network error for 5 days. Over it. Save your money.
