The ring is still having connectivity issues. Help simply says to read the instructions (there aren't any). I messaged support weeks ago because the ring is not the right size I ordered or if it is, it is not accurately sized. They said they would send another and I never heard back. The battery life is really really good and when it works, the data is great.

Great concept, wish was more intuitive. I don't always remember to go to my phone, open the app and select weightlifting or whatever activity I am doing so it misses half of my productivity until I remember to take the steps to enact. My Garmin watch would pick up what I was doing.

This is much better than it's been in the past. At times (once a week) I do run into connectivity issues which take a few minutes to resolve, but it's otherwise a well designed and working application.
