The day resets. You do not.
You are an investigator in the Circuit: half a square mile, four thousand people, one tram line that turns back on itself. Odile Sarn is dead, and tomorrow is Tuesday again.
Nightknot is an interactive detective story about a case you get to work nine times. Every loop returns the district to the same morning - the same forced window, the same standing water on the third landing, the same people telling you the same first lie. What carries over is what you understood.
THE WALL
Evidence you find gets pinned to a cork board that survives the reset. Join two cards with a thread and the board starts forming readings: theories that change what you can ask, where you can go, and which doors open on the next loop.
NINE TUESDAYS
Each loop is a working day with a clock that runs. You choose where to spend it. Follow the water, or the paperwork, or the woman who had the room above yours for a season. You will not see everything in one pass, and you are not meant to.
WHAT YOU BRING
Open your file and choose your bureau - Forensics reads rooms, Interviews reads people, Records reads paper - and how you knew her. Those choices change what you notice and who talks to you.
