About this app
Punch is a private workforce app for our crew. It replaces paper timesheets and shoeboxes of receipts with a simple, fast tool built for the job site.
This app is for authorized employees and crew members only. You sign in with your Google account — no passwords to remember. Access is limited to crew members added by your administrator.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Clock in and out
Tap one big button to start and end your shift. The app records your work time automatically, so there's no math and no paperwork at the end of the week.
• On-site location check
When you clock in or out, the app records your location at that moment to confirm you were at the job site. Location is captured only when you tap Clock In or Clock Out — the app never tracks your location in the background.
• Submit expenses with your camera
Bought materials or supplies for the job? Snap a photo of the receipt, enter the amount, and submit it. No more lost receipts or end-of-month scrambles.
• Accurate hours and pay
Your hours are tracked to the minute and tied to your pay rate, so your time is recorded correctly every shift.

PRIVACY

What’s new
Pay periods. Set your org's weekly pay cycle, and Pay Crew shows what each worker is owed for that week, with the whole crew steppable back through earlier weeks. Checks recorded from a period settle only that period's shifts. Amounts outside the week show as "(all unsettled)".
