Ratings and reviews

I was surprised to see some bad reviews. I've only ever had one issue while using this app for the passed 6 months. The app would freeze when ever I had a long comment to put in the comment section of a task..but that's it. Over all, it works like it's intended to. Very through and I enjoy using it for work. We used something different before and this is much better.

Great app. Love the fact that I can go back and modify my work orders. One major problem: I have a Google Pixel 4 XL. I have given the app all the permissions available but I can only add pictures through the inn-app camera and not from my gallery. When I first downloaded the app, I could do this but now I can't.

It's a good app but it glitches out quite a bit which makes our job a bit more complicated sometimes. Sometimes it boots, crashes, or I have to close the app, and then restart the app. I have even received the pop up, "not responding' with wait or close as options. Other than that it's been a good app, is effective, and efficient. I noticed on this last update, with an inbox for notifications being added, however it seems the image not uploading after taking seems to be a glitch, still?!
