Ratings and reviews

Has a decent foundation, but there are quite a few serious niggles: swipe actions are still mostly broken, typically selecting multiple emails instead of completing the swipe action that I wanted. Also, while it is nice to automaically exclude newsletters from notifs, I absolutely need promotional emails to be excluded as well. I assume the "AI" smart notification feature is supposed to help with that, but I have no idea how to train it on what I do not want notifications for.

The email app is really impressive in many aspects such as automations and bulk actions. However, the AI feature, which was the main reason for downloading the app, is quite disappointing. It's not very effective and often requires rewrites. The AI can only provide simple yes or no responses and doesn't handle the nuances of email communication well. Hopefully it will get better.

Issue one: Pro level purchased here is only for android phones, while if you purchase on Windows store you get to use your pro level on your android phone. Issue two: Bulk selection of emails. The 'AI' copilot may artificial, but intelligent it is not. There is no way to supply criteria for bulk selection without having previously classified it. What I want AI for is to classify my email for me and show what I want and need to see. Gmail does a much better job, and that's not saying much.
