Ratings and reviews

The email app is really impressive in many aspects such as automations and bulk actions. However, the AI feature, which was the main reason for downloading the app, is quite disappointing. It's not very effective and often requires rewrites. The AI can only provide simple yes or no responses and doesn't handle the nuances of email communication well. Hopefully it will get better.

Link customer service provided below doesn't work :( orig review: confusing when you change phones. needs to be re setup. also doesn't seem to remember that I subscribed and paid for pro when I changed phones. New: It's also slow to respond when clicking on emails from alerts - opens the app and hangs on old email while it thinks. Like 5-10 sec later it "may" open the email you clicked on. Generally slow. The AI is really no benefit. I just downloaded Outlook, all aeound seems better.

So it was good at first but then kept getting slower. I would filter it for unread and I would open every email and sometimes read them but it would still show as unread. Not sure if you guys will see this but I decided to download the app again and it won't let me add my main email. I put in my email and password then it says it's redirecting me but goes to an unknown error screen.
