Happyfares reached out & personally sorted my refund issue, proving they are genuine & legit. Initially, their site glitched, kept my payment pending & later confirmed a duplicate booking, which led to an unfair deduction even though I cancelled within 24 hrs as per DGCA rules. I was frustrated & felt cheated, but their customer care investigated quickly, refunded the amount & restored my trust. I’ve had good experiences with them in the past. Glitches can happen, but their support is excellent.

Fraudulent flight ticketing scamster that offers flight at heavily discounted rates , far below market price and on booking tickets it says refund will be done in 5-10 days. Avoid such scamsters by delisting it from Google. I could have given 0 stars if it would have been possible.

BEWARE. NO CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING. 1. They don't confirm on the booking. And I waited for 40 minutes as was asked in the mail. 2. Now, after 40 minutes, they say that the booking can't be confirmed. All the other sites have as well increased their ticket price which was the same earlier. 3. The refund will be provided in 5 working days. So, if I have only that much money, I can't book another flight. I just hope I could have read the other reviews before booking through this fraudulent app.
