I have completed the Live verification kyc with ease. I don't understand why people are complaining about it. I will suggest you use a better phone with at least 6gb ram and a better chipset. For users who have been inactive for a long time, you'll need to Mine a chain of 10 days straight before commencing the live check kyc

The third KYC step, especially the 10-second face verification hold, is extremely frustrating and unreliable. It fails even with a clear face and good lighting. This process really needs improvement or replacement.
