one of the worst and most frustrating apps I've ever used in my life. I work with computers for a living and could not get this app to connect to my wifi network. I tried for close to an hour, changing wifi configurations on my router, but I could not get it to recognize and connect to my wifi. There is no way to use the device without Wi-Fi. Horribly frustrating, I will return the device and get one that actually works.

Works well enough, but very basic functionality. Really needs to allow room name or description to data and graphs. If I move the device to another room the data carries over unless I delete the device, in which case the data is also deleted. Also not sure why I needed to have location turned on to connect. That was frustrating, especially since I have to manually enter my address anyway.

horrible app and device. I work in the software industry and know how things should work. went through all the troubleshooting steps and can not get the app to detect 2.4ghz networks. even went as far as using my phone as a 2.4 ghz hotspot and the app couldn't pick it up. i suggested to the support team to get their software developers in line, can't believe they are selling this device and app.
