About this app

FlowX is the mobile companion to your FlowX workspace — the system of record for operations teams. Every request, task, approval and conversation stays owned, timed and auditable.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Tasks: list, board and calendar views, filter by mine, open or overdue, submit work for review
- Requests: raise them, track SLA timers, follow the approval chain stage by stage
- Approvals: approve, reject with a reason, request changes, delegate or resubmit — from one queue
- Projects: milestones, team, completion, linked tasks and requests
- Routines: recurring work that generates itself on schedule
- Chat: per-item conversations, mentions, voice notes, and turning any message into a task or approval
- Documents: browse and open the workspace library
- Reports: dashboards with KPI tiles, trends and distributions

Tasks, requests, approvals, projects, routines, documents and chat from your FlowX workspace, with real-time notifications, unread badges, and fingerprint or face unlock for returning sessions. Sign in with Google, Microsoft, Apple or your workspace password. Available in English and Arabic with full right-to-left support.
