Log the set. Load the bar. Watch it move.
IronLogBench is a training log for people who lift barbells and care what the
numbers do over time. No account. No subscription. No connection required — the
whole thing runs on your phone, in your gym, in the basement, on the road.
LOG A SESSION IN SECONDS
Start from one of six ready-made routines or build your own session as you go.
Every movement gets its own block: tap Log set, thumb the plus and minus buttons
for reps and load, done. Repeat your last set with one tap when you're just
adding another one at the same weight. Tap any set to fix a number you fat-
fingered.
THE PLATE CALCULATOR ACTUALLY KNOWS YOUR GYM
Tell it your bar weight and which plates are on your rack, and every barbell
lift shows you exactly what to load on each side — drawn to scale, in
competition colours, with the written breakdown underneath. If your plates can't
hit the number exactly, it says so and gives you the closest weight it can load
instead of quietly rounding and letting you find out at the rack.
A LIBRARY THAT'S ALREADY THERE
39 movements across chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms, core and full body, each
with its equipment, its supporting muscles and a one-line form cue. Search by
name, muscle region or equipment. Nothing to download.
NUMBERS THAT MEAN SOMETHING
A weekly ring on the home screen showing the shape of your week at a glance
Eight weeks of total volume, so you can see a deload or a drift
A strength trend line per movement, using estimated one-rep max — the honest
way to compare 100 kg for 3 against 90 kg for 6
Volume split by muscle region, so you find out you've been skipping legs
Bodyweight tracking alongside it all
Personal bests per lift, updated the moment you beat one
WARM-UPS DON'T LIE TO YOU
Flag a set as a warm-up and it stays in your log but keeps out of your volume
totals and your records. A light ramp-up shouldn't inflate your week.
REST TIMER THAT GETS OUT OF THE WAY
Starts on its own after each working set, at whatever length you set. Add thirty
seconds or skip it without leaving the screen.
BADGES WORTH EARNING
Ten of them, each tracking something you're already doing — sessions banked,
lifetime volume moved, consecutive training weeks, lifts with a personal best,
and the honest grind of twenty-five working sets in one session.
KILOGRAMS OR POUNDS
Switch whenever you like. Everything is stored in kilograms underneath and
converted for display, so changing units never touches a logged number.
IT KEEPS YOUR PLACE
Every set is written to storage the moment you log it. Close the app mid-workout,
get a phone call, run out of battery — reopen it and the session is still there,
waiting where you left off.
GENUINELY OFFLINE
There is no networking code in this app. Not a disabled feature, not an optional
sync — there is no HTTP client, no sign-in, no analytics, no ads and no
tracking. Your training log is a database on your phone. Uninstall the app and
it's gone, because there was never a copy anywhere else.
