Unable to sign into app at all for 3days - sorry there is an issue with you wifi? Wifi fine. Today tried again and app says. NEW update. So updated and now still not working. Different error but cannot login Update - fast response back from app dev team via email and wanted to know how to call me to help. FIXED the issue though on my own by doing a Password reset' IN THE APP. Even kept the exact same password as before and for some reason that resolved the issue.

Crystal makes managing my hot tub much easier. The exact dosage recommendation that are customized for the specific chemical brands I use keep my water crystal clear and I'm now using significantly less chemicals than before. This is a must have for any pool or hot tub owner.
