really really unimpressed. If you put sats in this then they automatically move it to their 'vault' if you don't actively use for a month. once in the vault you are charged to have it there. if you want to move it back to the app, just have to wait 6 days, yes 6 days, to receive your own Bitcoin. then if you want to transfer to another wallet, like pay someone on the blockchain, they hold your money for 24 hours. The antithesis of everything blockchain is for.

By far, it is the best Bitcoin buying experience in Australia. Great customer support 👏, great spread, and its monthly auto send to private wallet is a game changer for me. If you want a bitcoin only exchange, this is it..

Ok so logging into this app is done through something like 2FA effectively. Which is not explained anywhere and is a super poor user experience. Suggest adding a hint like, "We'll send you a unique passcode each time you need to log in" or "If you've already confirmed your email, use this code to sign in" on the second email. Other than that the UI is nice, it would be good to know that withdrawals aren't available automatically without verification too. but thanks for not storing ID data yet...
