Ratings and reviews

Ok so logging into this app is done through something like 2FA effectively. Which is not explained anywhere and is a super poor user experience. Suggest adding a hint like, "We'll send you a unique passcode each time you need to log in" or "If you've already confirmed your email, use this code to sign in" on the second email. Other than that the UI is nice, it would be good to know that withdrawals aren't available automatically without verification too. but thanks for not storing ID data yet...

Overall, excellent app. Very easy to use, no ads. I had an issue with bank verification, but this was resolved promptly by support. A big plus (so far) for this app is the support - they do respond very promptly and cheerfully replied to my silly questions. I expect that the interface will evolve over time, but right now it's easy, functional, with no fluff. I definitely recommend this app, especially if you're a newcomer to Bitcoin.

So far I've had amazing customer service help with verification, and quick responses. The app itself is great with plenty of little articles to read, and it's bitcoin only which is a huge plus. No more altcoin casinos for me. DCA is a hugely important aspect to me as well, so looking forward to setting that up and sitting back with no worries while the sats roll in.
