Title: Misleading "Connected" Status ​Extremely disappointed. Had 8 devices running; now the dashboard only sees 2. Every single phone still claims it is "Connected" and "Earning," but the backend says otherwise. Basic troubleshooting (reinstalling/clearing data) does nothing. Support is unresponsive. If the app isn't going to count the uptime, it shouldn't claim to be active in the notification tray. 1 star until the tracking is fixed. uninstalling everywhere too.

I can never tell if it's really connected or not. Requires constant babysitting. Connect button is janky at best. No communication on rewards. Feels like participating for nothing. Not sure how much longer I'll share my unused internet if I'm getting nothing for it except a big hassel, and slower apps/devices on my network. I'll fix my rating when you fix the app. It's been months of the same poor performance.

Honestly, I was a solid 5. But of late, uninstalled all my grass Apps (mobile, desktop and extension) and reinstalled. The mobile version either doesn't connect or logs out, desktop runs, click the dashboard button, logs me out and same with extension. The issue is, the extension stays at "login page", Webpage logs in, desktop logs in, as soon as I click anything to take me to the dashboard, I'm logged out. Mobile just says connecting. 2 days and I've mined 130? Before it was at least 3k/day.
