Today, we serve TennCare members through our managed care partners United HealthCare or Amerigroup. We prioritize rider and driver safety, as well as our best-in-industry customer service.

For the past couple days every time I open the app it says I have no Internet connection despite knowing for a fact that I do have Internet connection. I've even turned my Internet off and tried using my data and it says the same thing. and the website doesn't work on mobile for checking appointments anymore only scheduling.

I love being able to schedule my transportation right on an app instead of calling my insurance and going through the who spill on an automated system to then finally talk to an agent just to schedule a ride to the DR office. Great idea, love love this app.

This 3 day out scheduling is terrible, the worst I've ever seen. and I hear they operate 24/7. what a 🤣 joke 😡 just try to get a ride at night! LoL
