Application opens but when I click on login name to bring up the keyboard the keyboard will pop up an instantly go away, why would this be happening?

Total Garbage App!! Only works about 50 percent of the time. Cant clock in for days at a time

Not able to use the app once. Reset my pw several times and it never works
