The login process is incredibly frustrating. I’m required to enter my username and password, re-enable biometric login, and provide a one-time passcode every single time. Having to go through this entire routine multiple times every single day just to open the app is absolutely ridiculous and makes it nearly unusable.

You are unable to create an account so you are unable to even get in. So what's the point of this app if you can't even make an account and sign-in or even get into it?. Possible scammers just to get paid for each download/install. Bottom line.. this app sucks! I can only access it through the web browser, not and can't with the app.

App ineffective. I am able to login online but the app won't recognize my username/password combo. Good luck folks.

What’s new

- Updated the Gear Menu with the newly added "Care" option in it. Now users can access the care clients environment through mobile app using this gear option.
- Improved cross-platform security—Mobile app sessions now expire when the same account logs in on the Web app & Vice-versa.
- Updated native/NDK compatibility to support 16 KB memory page sizes for smoother operation on newer Android devices.
