Ratings and reviews

I haven't been able to go any further in the app once I downloaded it. I rebootEd my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled, but still nothing. I emailed someone and they asked what my phone was so that they could troubleshoot and I'm still having issues. I'm glad they responded quickly, but I'm more sad to be missing out on earnings.

I have been using this app 4 a little over 3 weeks now & OMG it is sooo frustrating!!! When u get a notification... if u do, it's sooo laggy & the request will already be gone or accepted by some1 else. If U hit the back button the screen just goes white/blank. U then must close the app, reopen & wait 4 it 2 reload back up. The concept itself is amazing but if you guys could work out just the little kinks then that would definitely be a rating changer.

Rarely do you ever get an order, and when I do, it's not even in my county. the notification sent is already expired, the pay for the trip is obscure, and no information is given on how payment to me will be made. I've had only 2 orders in the past year, and I'm tempted to delete the app unless the developer chooses to update it's usage quality, it's not a money making venture, in my honest opinion. Again, serious issues with and using the app make it a migraine to use. Fix it, or gone!
