About this app
AI4DI - "Artificial intelligence for Diversity and Inclusion: how to bring out awareness in working environments" - was born as a project co-financed by the European Erasmus+ program in the field of vocational education and training (VET).
The objective is to create a new training approach on the importance of diversity and inclusion within working environments, using AI for the analysis of employee sentiment and this App for administering the questionnaire, creating of reports and statistics, and highlight a possible training proposal.
FEATURES - The App was created using colors suitable for use by users with color blindness, the chosen font is Open Dyslexic so as to allow clear reading for dyslexic people and to facilitate access for blind users, each question is linked to a file audio.
TIMELINES - Given the simplicity of the questionnaire, the average estimated time to complete it is approximately 10 minutes.
This multiplatform App is designed with two distinct sections for the user (employee/collaborator) and for the administrator (company/manager/HR).
USER
These are the phases that involve the user:
*Download App - The user downloads the App on a smartphone and accesses the welcome page where he can view an explanatory tutorial.
*Token insertion - The user logs in simply by entering the token generated by the company. No registration or entry of personal data or data relating to the subject is required. The token remains active for 2 weeks, after which the code expires and the user cannot access the questionnaire.
*Access to the questionnaire - The user responds in complete anonymity to the open questions proposed by the questionnaire. The compilation can be paused, interrupted and resumed later and the answers already compiled will not be lost. The order in which the questions appear is random.
ADMINISTRATOR
These are the phases that involve the administrator:
*Company registration - The administrator must register the company via the link on the ai4di.com website, this operation must be done on a PC, then he can also proceed on a smartphone.
*Access to the platform - Once logged in, the administrator must choose the language (Italian, English, German) with which to proceed. The indicated language will also be used in the questionnaire to be administered to employees.
*Token creation - The administrator will create the token which he will then send to users to complete the questionnaire. Sending the token cannot be done directly from the App but must take place via an external sending (company messaging, company email list, etc.). The token has a pre-established duration of 2 weeks after which it can no longer be used by the user.
*Inquisitive questions - The administrator will have to answer a few questions relating to the company (number of employees, economic sector to which it belongs, etc.). The data will be used to create statistical reports and information attributable to the company will never be used.
*Reports - Once the deadline for employees to complete the questionnaire has expired (2 weeks) and the analysis has been carried out by the AI, the administrator receives an email notifying him of the presence of the reports in the App. The reports will be consultable thanks to very intuitive graphs that can be downloaded and used by the administrator.
The administrator will be able to view the questions and the percentages of positive/negative responses, but will not be able to view the responses or the subjects who responded in any way. The reports will provide data and information regarding the area for improvement, how to raise the score and a possible training proposal will be suggested.
Once the process has been completed, from registration to final reports, the company will not be able to repeat the questionnaire for 6 months.
