About this app

VetEZ Claim is free for veterans and comes from VetClaims Alliance, a nonprofit corporation. It helps you complete and send VA disability claim and appeal forms from your phone, without the paperwork headache.

Answer plain-English questions. VetEZ Claim fills in the current official VA form for you, lets you sign it on screen, and sends it by fax to the correct VA office for that form. You get a fax confirmation number and can check delivery later.

FREE, FROM A NONPROFIT
Every feature is free once you create an account and complete your profile. There are no subscriptions and no paid upgrades. VetEZ Claim comes from VetClaims Alliance, a nonprofit corporation. Donations are optional and help us add features and assist more veterans.

MILITARY RETIREES
• Combat-Related Special Compensation (CRSC, DD Form 2860): fill it out, sign it and e-mail it to your service's CRSC office (Army, Navy/Marine Corps or Coast Guard). For services with no CRSC e-mail address we could confirm (Air Force and Space Force, NOAA Corps, Public Health Service), you get a copy to print and mail.

Fixes problems that could stop you from finishing your Profile or sending a form: Google and Apple sign-ups can fill in Profile and save a signature without restarting the app; forms no longer get stuck on "Loading..." and say what your Profile is missing; 21-0781 accepts "No" answers; a clear message instead of a frozen spinner when your connection drops; after Review PDF, a reminder to tap Fax to send.
