Got it to track my volunteer hours. it's okay but the stupid 'onboarding' won't go away and covers half the screen, making it impossible to do anything. also support messaging cover up essential parts, forcing you to go back to the support chat to say everything is fine, please go away. Free version only allows a single schedule, which you can't seem to delete so you better get it right the first time. Not nearly as intuitive as everyone says but it's free so I'll use it for now.

Overall I really like the app aside from onboarding. I have had a lot of trouble with getting new employees onboarded with the "send invite" some employees never got any invites after multiple resends. And then for others the "join organization" didn't work. Another said it kept saying their email/phone number was already in use. Onboarding could really use some work. But once the employees are in, everything else has worked well without issue.

I looked through a bunch of different platforms to find a remote timecard app that would allow me to remotely manage contractors and employees. I was happy that I could try out Jibble for free. It was super easy to install and setup. It took a few tries to find the information that I needed in the dashboard because the app has lots of features, some that I dont actually need, but even my less-than-technically-inclined employees set it up with ease! I'm super happy, great app +A.
