SET YOUR UNITS ONCE
Pick metric or imperial at the start and every calculator opens that way. When one field needs something else — a thickness in millimetres, a bar in inches — change that field alone and the app tells you it has done so. No hunting through a dropdown on every line.

IRREGULAR PLOTS WITH MORE THAN FIVE SIDES
Enter up to fifty coordinates, reorder them, and get the area, the perimeter and the centroid. If the outline crosses over itself the app says so instead of handing you a confident wrong number. Most calculators stop at four or five sides; this one does not.

EVERY RESULT SHOWS ITS WORKING
Tap Formula and notes on any calculator and you get the equation, what each symbol means, and the assumptions behind it. That panel is free on every calculator, including the paid ones, because a number you cannot check is a number you cannot use.
