Prepare for the PTCE with 1,400 original practice questions written to the content outline that took effect on 6 January 2026 — not the old one.

THE OUTLINE CHANGED. MOST PREP DID NOT.
PTCB reweighted the exam on 6 January 2026. Federal Requirements grew by half, from 12.5% to 18.75%, with new emphasis on supply chain and serialization. Medications dropped from 40% to 35%. Narrow therapeutic index drugs and non-sterile compounding were removed entirely. Every question in this app is written to the new outline, and nothing in it tests content that was cut.

DRUG NAMES ARE THE PRODUCT
The top 200 medications by prescription volume appear throughout the exam — in Medications, and again inside Federal Requirements, Patient Safety and Order Entry questions. The flashcard engine schedules each drug for review just before you would forget it, and groups cards by therapeutic class, so you learn lisinopril, enalapril and ramipril together and pick up the pattern rather than three unrelated facts.

WHERE CANDIDATES FAIL
Calculations. Days supply is the single most common error, and insulin, inhalers, eye drops and topicals are where it goes wrong — a vial dosed in units, an inhaler counted in actuations, a cream measured in grams. Every wrong answer in this app is a real error a technician makes, named in the explanation so you know which mistake you just made.
