Hi Kooky Support Team, ​I am writing to report an issue with the app following the recent update. Previously, the app was working perfectly. However, after updating, I've been experiencing constant crashes. ​Specifically, whenever I try to watch ads, the app automatically closes or redirects back. Sometimes, an error message appears saying 'Something went wrong, please try again later,' even though I have a strong signal and enough data. ​Hoping for a quick fix for this. Thank you!

The Ads do not give reward after watching some of them. it says "Sonething has gone wrong, please try again later," and I lose the reward kooky and lose option also to watch an ad in its place so I can never complete 10/10 ads its always 7/10 or even less. please fix this issue for Android users.

I've only been using this app for a few weeks and I'm already loving it! It's perfect for fandoms to support their favorite idols via voting and it can be rewarding! (Billboard/LED screen ads, Cupsleeve events, etc.). Definitely recommend to fellow KPOP and other Pop fans to support their favorite group/idols!
