Metrycs: Data Intelligence for Your Endurance Training.
High-performance platform for athletes and coaches who demand precision. Sync data from your device (Garmin, Apple Watch, Strava, Intervals.icu) and receive analyses that go beyond the basics.
PERFORMANCE AI
Artificial intelligence trained with global scientific literature on endurance. Receive adjustment suggestions, recovery alerts, and predictive insights to avoid overtraining.
REAL-TIME METRICS
Track training load (CTL/ATL/TSB), heart rate variability (HRV), heart rate zones, and efficiency indicators with precision.
SMART PLANNING
Align your peak performance with major races (A, B, and C) through a dynamic calendar and science-based periodization.
HEALTH CONNECT
By authorizing, Metrycs READS the following data from Health Connect — each type is authorized by you separately and can be revoked at any time on the Integrations screen. The app never saves data to Health Connect.
• Workouts (exercise sessions): enter your history and feed the training load calculation (CTL/ATL/TSB), so that the analysis considers everything you trained, including what was recorded by other apps and watches.
• Heart rate: calculates the time in each zone, the intensity of the session and the load index (LSS) of each workout.
• Sleep: makes up the daily readiness index and the recovery alert — it is sleep that tells you if the body absorbed the previous day's workout.
MAIN FEATURES
• Automatic synchronization with smartwatches and cycling computers
• Advanced power, cadence, and heart rate zone graphs
• Stress and fatigue analysis (LSS/IF/ACWR)
• Intuitive dashboard with performance evolution
