Built from the ground up, this solution employs the design thinking process and the Carbon design system for mobile applications. It incorporates modern design principles, such as single-page context and single-handed usage, and features over 20 modules to manage the entire work task lifecycle.
The app introduces new capabilities, including a travel process, capturing before-and-after photos, enhanced procedures, work summaries and sign-off, activity logs, and recording data discrepancies.
It connects to a new mobile application framework embedded within TRIRIGA, providing seamless app connectivity.
The app also follows numerous best practices, including modern and responsive visual flows, a standard design system, full offline capability (including offline start), sub-second response times, rapid app initialization, and data downloads upon the first login. Additionally, it utilizes modern WebSocket-based real-time bi-directional publish-subscribe communications.
