Modemix decreases public transit travel times by 2x on average.

Trains are epic because they don't get stuck in traffic like cars. However, trains suffer from the "last mile problem." Your destination may be a couple miles away from the nearest station. Or, you may not live near a train station. Modemix fixes this problem.

Simply bike to and from the train station. This eliminates bus connections to rail, which are slow and inconvenient. Bikes don't get stuck in traffic.

I saw it on Instagram and downloaded on principle as I've always been frustrated that Google maps doesn't mix biking and transit. Unfortunately I'm not in a supported area but I hope you're successful and this expands.

Much better cycling routes than Google and it makes public transit actually fast by using a bike/scooter to bypass slow or infrequent connections. It's my favorite mapping tool in a long while. It does have a few minor display issues (spacing of things) but it's functionality makes me ignore them

Fantastic design, great concept! I just started using it and so far it's a game changer. Would love to see saved locations, options for park and ride, and transit only. And just a matter of preference, would love to see the app in Material 3 design
