NESP is for ambitious athletes who want to learn how to perform when a lot is at stake, raise their lowest level and feel good along the way. The goal is to make mental training a daily habit in an entertaining and practical way.
We use a research-based concept that builds mental strength, so athletes can handle pressure, dare to make important decisions during matches and be more present and focused in the game.
We want to redefine how footballers work with their mindset.
