ORD/net stands for decentralized freedom of speech.

The ORD/net Browser is your portal to the decentralized online world. View websites, articles, images, and other on-chain content directly from public blockchains — no traditional servers, no centralized hosting, no censorship.


WHAT IS ORD/net?

ORD/net is an open ecosystem that makes the blockchain accessible as a real medium for publishing and reading. Where the traditional web depends on hosting providers, domain registrars, and platforms that can take content down at any moment, ORD/net content lives permanently on the blockchain itself. Once inscribed, it cannot be deleted, edited, or censored.

The ORD/net Browser is the viewing layer of this ecosystem. It is a native iOS browser built around Apple's WebKit engine that knows how to resolve and render content stored directly on-chain.


WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Browse traditional www. websites just like you would in any standard browser
- Open .web3, .ordinal, and other decentralized domains
- View HTML pages, articles, images, and files inscribed on the blockchain
- Use the built-in security scanner that flags suspicious content (miners, keyloggers, phishing, dynamic code execution)
- Switch between multiple tabs with full session memory
- Choose between light and dark mode
- Start screen with many decentralized websites launched on ORD/net


PRIVACY BY DESIGN

The ORD/net Browser collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, no third-party SDKs. Your browsing history stays on your device. Apple's Privacy Nutrition Label confirms it: Data Not Collected.


IMPORTANT: VIEWER ONLY

The ORD/net Browser is a viewing tool. It allows you to read and explore content that already exists on central servers (www. hosting) public blockchains (.web3 hosting), comparable to how Chrome allows you to read www. websites. Other tools within the broader ORD/net ecosystem (such as app.ordnet.io) are used to inscribe and upload content into the blockchain. The ORD/net Browser itself does not provide any upload, publishing, or content-creation functionality, and we do not host, moderate, or control content stored on public blockchains.
