VERIFIED, NOT SELF-REPORTED

Anyone can claim a skill. SkillCore records who verified it, when, and by what method — and workers can never sign off on their own work. That integrity rule is enforced at the database level, which is why shops trust a SkillCore record.

HOW IT WORKS WITH YOUR SHOP

Employees join free with an invitation from their shop, or create their own free Skill Passport. Shops manage team subscriptions through their company account on the web at skillcore.app.

Broadly valuable skills travel with the worker. Shop-specific and customer-sensitive records stay with the shop. Everyone owns what's theirs.
