Typically, prisoners are allowed up to 2 free video calls per month.

This service is not currently available for prisoners held in the United States.

good quality video calls, easy to use

Absolutely rubbish, would not recommend this app to anyone, ive had 3 calls so far every call has had a problem, today was the worse by far, i got 3 minutes out of 30 and the delay was about 10 seconds for the few words that were spoken between me and my son, very poor app, rubbish signal, rubbish connection, very frustrated and quite upset.

This app is a good way of keeping in touch, however there are some issues it does pause for no reason sometimes when no one moved in or out of the screen and also you don't have the ability to use it on a different device to ensure its better when more than one person is on the call like a laptop. Trying to keep two small children still on the call with a small phone is really hard to do.
