Typically, prisoners are allowed up to 2 free video calls per month.

This service is not currently available for prisoners held in the United States.

Don't be fooled! Got the app and set up my account, eventually got a slot for a call. It had an intermittent lag and random sound issues but it was wonderful to see my man. Finally managed to book a second call, opened the app and clicked our call then spent the next 32 minutes staring at the screen while it displayed "waiting for prison monitor to join the call" got to the end time of the call, screen closed and the nonexistent call was declared as finished!!! no call happened!! total joke!!

This spp is useless cant seem to get support from help team sll they say is its nothing to do with us check with prison when i try and book a call thr only message i get is no call slot data available dorsnt matter what date i select this is for the whole of this month up until 3rd of April try to ring helpline CANT UNDER6 WHY YOU ADVERTISE HELP NUMBER noone seems able to answer the phone to deal with the problem when i emaill answer seem to eventually disappear PLEASE ANSWER PHONE I BEG YOU

it's great to have the video calls. Especially when you can't get to do frequent visits due to distance or whatever reason. phone calls are fine but its good to see them & for them to see you too. The half hour goes quick but its better than nothing. so easy to use too.
