Half hr call down to 4 mins due to unreachable server.!!! In the last 2 months March and April 2024, one booking I was not notified about the second was cancelled with no notice due to system being down!. It seams that if you can book your own appointment this works if it's prison booked it does not. The person I talk to had a meeting via this app in the morning before our time was scheduled, so how come system is down????

I have been trying for 2 months now to book a video call with my partner and it continues to say no slots available and I know that is not true as my partner asked prison and there is always slots been trying to get this fixed for ages and get no where.
