I have been trying for 2 months now to book a video call with my partner and it continues to say no slots available and I know that is not true as my partner asked prison and there is always slots been trying to get this fixed for ages and get no where.

Sorry to hear this but this this will be an operational issue at the prison and has nothing to do with the app. Prisons have limited availability for calls, so we would suggest you register for alerts, to see when new slots are available and keep requesting calls. Be great to have a vid call. Pretty long verifying, plus hard to get a booked call. Fkn prison people don't seem to give a damn, when you want to keep on touch with someone. Hope they pull their socks up, and make it easier to schedule a call

Was horrible didn't get 3 minutes with me wife Julie the sound went off and her face and body was just still couldn't hear anything from both sides not happy at all I'm not happy we wait for weeks to get a video call as she's that far away noone can get to see her I've never had a visit with my wife since she was moved from low Newton I used to visit her twice a week and we really need the video calls and she's going through so much I've just found out I've got cancer and family can't get 2 visi
