good service for people who struggle to get on visits. only problem seems to be availability of videos but that could be just the prison i am booking with.

Wouldn't recommend this app, total waste of time. Blank screen, no connection and when there is a slight connection the staff pause it, also keeps kicking me off the video. Got to see my partner for a couple minutes. Second time in a row this has happened, pointless waste of 30 minutes. Not going to use it again
