A PT Pod is a private, app-controlled training space with premium strength equipment, a big screen and a Bluetooth speaker. Book a session, walk up, hold the key in the app, and the door opens. For the whole session the Pod is yours alone: no queue for equipment, no waiting for a machine, nobody watching.

• Follow a guided class on the Pod's screen
• Work through a structured training programme, free with your booking
• Or bring your own plan, connect to the speaker and train to your own music

A TRAINER WHEN YOU WANT ONE
• Browse qualified virtual personal trainers, see their availability, and book a live one-to-one session on the Pod's screen
• Chat with your trainer in the app, and buy a pack of sessions to save
• Already have a PT? Send them a link to join your session on screen

• Pay per session, or choose a monthly plan and save
• Work or live somewhere with a PT Pod? Enter your company's activation code for free credits
