BibleLock turns the moment you reach for a distracting app into a moment with God.

Pick the apps that keep pulling you back. When you open one, BibleLock pauses it until you complete a short verse reflection, answer a quick Bible quiz, or sit through a Quiet Time. Two minutes with Scripture, then back to your day.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Pick your distractions
Choose the apps to lock: social media, games, shopping, anything that eats your time.

2. Choose how you unlock
Walk through a verse, devotional, prayer and affirmation, answer a Bible quiz question, or finish a Quiet Time session. Locks lift for a set time, then return on their own.

3. Reset with God
Every unlock becomes a short, intentional pause with Scripture before you scroll.

Set a length and an intention, put the phone down, and come back when the timer ends. Sessions count toward your progress.

- The whole Bible, offline
King James Version and World English Bible, all 31,102 verses, with search, saved verses and a chapter reader. Works with no connection.

- Streaks and progress
Day streak, minutes saved and a yearly heatmap of your reflections and reading.

- Daily verse notifications
One verse a day, matched to the verse on your home screen. Pick the time.

- Chat with the Bible
Ask a question about faith, Scripture or life and get an answer that cites the passages it draws from. Answers are generated and are clearly labelled as such.

PERMISSIONS

Android has no built-in way for one app to lock another, so BibleLock asks for two permissions and uses them for nothing else:

- Usage access, to see which app you have just opened, so it knows when to step in.
- Display over other apps, to show the verse on top of the app you opened.

Your list of locked apps stays on your device and is never uploaded.

SUBSCRIPTION

BibleLock offers a weekly plan and a yearly plan with a 3-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Google Play subscription settings.
