This app use to be somewhat ok to use but now it has to many problems, too slow sometimes can't even log in. Most recent you get notifications for your payslip that is ready but there is nothing there... very disappointed 😞

Biometric login won't work. For no reason at all it keeps going to internet browser to login. How can I change my info (that requires biometric) if the app won't work?

I've had nothing but trouble trying to sign in. I sign in with email and password, which directs me back to the log in page. After going around in circles a few times, I am now locked out. I wish my employer would go back to Xero.

What’s new

This release focuses mainly on shift offers. Offers now always show their current status, so you won't open one to find out-of-date details, and tapping a shift offer notification takes you straight to the right offer. Estimated pay is clearly labelled as the amount before tax, both before and after you claim a shift, and role names, availability wording and typography have all been tidied up across these screens.
