About this app

Replify is a workout tracker for lifters who want real progress, not just a logbook. It learns how you train, watches your recovery, and tells you when to push hard and when to back off.

Strength, hypertrophy, weight loss, or endurance — Replify plans your training, tracks every set, and adapts to your recovery using sleep, HRV, and training load.

WORKOUT LOGGING
- Fast set entry — tap to log weight × reps, with a rest timer that auto-starts after each set
- Built-in exercise library with technique guides and common-mistake tips
- Custom exercises with AI-generated descriptions
