About this game

AuroraDrop is a gemstone match-3 puzzle set against an animated northern lights background. Six jewel-cut gem types fill a six by eight board — Ruby diamonds, Sapphire hexagons, Emerald cut rectangles, Amethyst stars, Topaz squares and Opal orbs — each rendered with internal refraction glow and specular highlights. Drag any gem in any direction to swap it with its neighbour. Match three or more gems of the same type in a row or column to clear them and watch them shatter into particle shards. Cleared gems cause the ones above to cascade down and new gems rain in from the top through the aurora sky. Matching four in a row creates a Line Gem that clears an entire row when next matched. Matching five creates a Nova Gem that wipes all gems of that colour from the board at once. Chaining multiple clears in one move builds a combo multiplier for massive score. Each level gives you a target — clear a set number of specific gem types before your moves run out. The aurora background shifts and breathes throughout the game with animated light bands and twinkling stars.
