Schedulo is an event app that brings all the content of your event to your pocket. It allows you to track your schedule at conferences, summits, and corporate meetings all in one place, meet participants you're interested in, and access everything within seconds.

You see the event's date, time, and sessions in real time; register for sessions you're interested in, get added to a waiting list, or instantly access the speaker's slides. You send a 1:1 meeting request to a participant you want to meet, share your availability, and if accepted, proceed with an appointment added to your calendar. You receive reminders on your phone as your meeting approaches, and get instant notifications when a message arrives.

You can share your QR business card for networking or instantly add someone to your contact list by scanning their QR code. You can discover the event's sponsors and participating companies and mark those that interest you. You can reserve dinner or networking tables by date and see who will be at your table in advance. If you are selected for invitation-only sessions, they will appear only in your schedule.

With a single account, you can access multiple events and switch between last year's and this year's events in seconds. Access is password-free; you'll enter the app in seconds using a 6-digit code sent to the email address registered for the event. More information: https://info.schedulo.org/
