The worst commute service that I have ever dealt with. First of all their fleet's timing is a joke and they are rarely on time, whether in their pick up or arrival. The busses in the fleet are extremely uncomfortable and the captains have very low to no training at all in how to be professional with clients. I can go on and on listing numerous issues I have faced, but the cherry on top of this disaster of a company is their customer support. It's almost impossible to get in touch with them.

worst service ever changed the cancelation time from 2 hours before the ride to 3 without noticing users and tried to scam me to pay half the price to use the app again don't use the app it's a total scam with very high prices

Everything is extremely fine except for the part if you need to talk to customer service, because there is no customer service available and I don't know how. You need to resolve this matter real quick!
