I’m absolutely frustrated and disappointed with the Swvl app. I was physically present at the trip location, waiting on time and in the correct spot — yet your app marked me as “missed.” This is completely unacceptable. What’s the point of using a scheduled service if your system fails to detect users at pickup locations accurately? update: late trip by an hour and still no car or captain assigned to the trip, what a useless app.

Uncomfortable buses, unprofessional drivers, and repeated payment issues. I paid cash twice but wasn’t marked as paid, and my change never appeared in my wallet. I cancelled a trip over two months ago and still haven’t received my refund. Won’t use SWVL again!!

Rude drivers and non existent customer support. You cannot call customer support they have to call you 1 or 2 days after you complain and sometimes they don't even call
