Bring clarity to a busy list by deciding what matters and what needs attention soon. This offline-first planner keeps every priority decision in your hands.
Capture an item with only a title, then add notes, an estimated duration, a date, and the importance and urgency you choose. Items without both attributes stay in a sorting inbox until you classify them.
See active items in four distinct areas: Do first, Schedule, Handle quickly, and Consider later. Move an item by long-pressing and dragging it, or choose an area from its action menu. Both options offer a short undo window.
Build a Today list of up to seven items from any area. When it is full, choose an item to replace. Check off completed work and see your daily progress without automatic ranking, streaks, or productivity scores.
Open an item to refine its details, record a next action, estimate time, choose a date, and break work into up to eight steps. Search by keyword and filter the full list by area or status. Sort by date, title, or recently added.
Completed items remain available to review and restore. Archive items to keep them without including them in active counts. Deletions can be undone. The overview shows active area counts, completed items, and recent completions.
Choose a light, dark, or device-matched theme and keep your preferred workspace settings. Your items, preferences, and unfinished entry drafts are stored on your device. No account or network connection is needed for the planner.
Plan what matters with a private, offline four-quadrant task board.
