The new “MyVieMed” app (previously known as the "Connect app)

For those patients who are new to or already setup on the Connect patient app, it is same great app, but with more features, such as vent data and Health and other Check-Ins, to keep RTs updated on your care.

Horrible company, ignores requests, bills your insurance when they shouldn't be. Refuses to help. Any DME provider is better than this place.

What’s new

VieMed Patient App. This app allows ventilator patients access to:

- Vent usage - The patient will be able to see their vent usage for the last 24 hours, 7 days, and for 30 days.
- Check-Ins - The patient will be able to identify their RPH (health status) with their vent usage and by answering Check-Ins.
- Chat - The patient can chat with their RT or the RT can chat by messaging them within the app.
- Call RT (Video) - The patient can video call the RT or the RT can video call the patient.
