Here is an opportunity to nurture your mental health and well-being with simple and proven exercises that the app guides you through and reminds you to do.
HappApp is based on the science of positive psychology and promotes mental health by offering evidence-based exercises to increase mental well-being and promote mental health of users. The app is developed in collaboration with the Office of the National Medical Examiner and is part of a European collaborative project on mental health called JA MENTOR. The app includes a well-being test, mindfulness exercises, an exercise that trains us to notice the positive in life, strength assessment and strength training, and an exercise to strengthen social connections. In the coming months, the app will be tested and developed further as new exercises will be added to the existing ones.
Wellbeing test
The app has a short test you can take to assess your well-being. The test has been widely used to assess the well-being of individuals and also to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions designed to increase people's well-being. You can take the test regularly to monitor changes in your health. Of course, you can skip taking the well-being test.
Awareness
The app contains guided mindfulness exercises that you can listen to and be guided through. You can choose how long they are and whether you use a large or small guide. In addition, there is an exercise in the app called Mindful Moments, and if you activate it, you will receive messages throughout the day reminding you to connect with the moment for short moments at a time. You choose how many reminders you receive per day.
mindset
Here you can find the exercise Three good things that trains the mind to pay more attention to what is going well and is positive in life.
Strengths
The app gives you the opportunity to assess which strengths characterize you most and how you can work with them on a daily basis.
Relationship
Here you can find an exercise that will help you value those closest to you.
