The app from Lyfja is the first of its kind in Iceland. By logging in with your electronic ID, you can, among other things;
- See an overview of prescriptions and prescriptions, both those that can be bought directly, medicines in dosing and those that cannot be bought at the moment
- View information about your medicine, both electronic package leaflets and detailed information from Lyfjabók Lyfja
- Apply for a power of attorney to review and purchase third-party prescriptions
- Traded prescription and over-the-counter medicines
- Communicates directly with Lyfja's help desk
- Receive sent messages when the status of the order changes, view your business history with Lyfja in the app
- Have your order sent to you in the largest urban centers in the country or have it delivered to the nearest pharmacy
- Switch between using the app in Icelandic or English
A safety assessment, confirmed by the Office of the Medical Director of Health, has been carried out on the Medicines app.
