VCMI is an open-source engine designed to recreate and enhance Heroes of Might and Magic 3. It’s a complete rewrite from scratch, bringing new features and extended possibilities to the classic game.

VCMI mods are accessible through the built-in launcher included in the latest version.

Such an awesome idea. Unfortunately it didn't work for me. I don't know what the issue is, but it refused to recognize my game data. I put the files right from Gog on my phone. I selected the folder containing it But it refused to read. I put the folders directly into the path it showed, it still didn't recognize them. I watched a YouTube video on how to do it to no avail. app just refuses to recognize my files even though I copied them right from Gog. Edit the gog offline option worked.

Updating review with current bugs I noticed: 1. On "From the Depths of Hell", where the enemy is supposed to come over through a portal and attack you, it seems Nullkiller doesn't work in this scenario as the AI players do nothing. 2. Perhaps it can't be optimized more, but AI turns on very big maps may take >minute on mid-range phones, making such maps barely playable. 3. Death Stare from Mighty Gorgons seems to kill all Diamond Dragons in stack (I don't know if this is the only scenario).

THIS IS NOT THE GAME, ITS AN EMULATOR. Wonderful app, I'm am hour in with the fan made expansion and it's running a single scenario great. any bad reviews seem to be focused around not understanding how this app works. if you own the files for HoMM3 and follow the directions, it's very easy to install. you can even buy it in GoG, download the files, and easily install without needing to touch a computer. Runs flawlessly on my fold 7, and the aspect ratio is perfect. can't wait to play more.
