AirGap Vault is a blockchain agnostic crypto vault that turns your mobile phone into a cold wallet.

AirGap Vault does not connect to any network, irrespective of the device used. This system built into the app makes it more secure than an ordinary crypto wallet.

Transactions can be signed seamlessly without the use of cables, thanks to verifiable QR codes. This opens up multiple possibilities for interacting with other solutions.

AirGap Vault is currently used alongside other companion apps like AirGap Wallet, MetaMask, Sparrow Wallet, BlueWallet, Specter, and any other QR code-based wallets. Great app overall. Allows you to use an old spare phone as a hardware wallet. The hardware wallet has good compatibility with existing software wallets, such as Sparrow or Meta mask, not just their own wallet. I wish that it would support Monero and greater compatibility with more phones (unfortunately not all phones can run it). Also: BIP-39 Passphrase option is super hidden, even with advanced options turned on: You have to scroll all the way down when selecting what accounts to generate!!!

Instructions pages automatically skip, so I can't even read them. It asks for my pin that i was never prompted to input myself. There is no other way out of this screen unless I turn my screen off and have an app I can access on my lockscreen to access another app, or I have to reset my phone. So essentially, it's literally non-functional.

Not able to setup or import a vault with the new version of Android 9. It just gets stuck on the window to confirm the pattern and you just confirm the pattern hundreds of times with no progress. On older versions of Android the setup and operation of the vault works flawlessly.
