Samarcanda Connect is the application for all taxi drivers in Samarcanda
Samarcanda Connect is SIMPLE: you can monitor how much you are earning, the tips that have been left for you and the comments of users.
We improve Samarcanda Connect together with you: from the trip history you can easily report an anomaly on a trip and so we can improve our service and reimburse you if you have suffered damage.

MAIN FUNCTIONS
- MANAGE THE TRIPS: navigate the trips to the destinations. You can tell the customer when you are at the pick-up point or that you are waiting for him.
- MONITOR YOUR PAST TRIPS: thanks to the trip history, you have a monthly report that is always updated and you know how much the cooperative will owe you at the end of the month.
- VIEW YOUR TIPS AND FEEDBACK: thanks to the history you can know what users think of your service and you can find out if they left you a tip
- DIRECT ASSISTANCE: you can immediately report any anomaly found in the service with the direct assistance channel. Report if the customer arrives late, if they have too many bags or if our estimate is wrong.
