Ratings and reviews

Crashes semi frequently and seemingly randomly during regular sega genesis gameplay (app closes and then restarts when i try to reopen it). I tried to load a sega cd rom out of curiosity and it was stuck in an endless crashing loop that forced me to reinstall the app. I can't seem to run master system roms despite the emulator appearing to support it. Default controls are very small buttons, but I haven't tried customization yet (will soon). Overall not as good as their pizza gameboys.

Mobile emulation at its best. I'm a big fan of the whole Pizza Boy line-up. Definitely my favorite experience with emulation. These apps are fantastic and allow for easy and intuitive layout tweaking. The option to customize the appearance of the digital controller is a plus and I particularly like the button designs. Most mobile emulators need a physical controller to feel authentic. These do not and I actually prefer to use the touch controls with great feedback. S-tier emulators found here.

Now I gave a 3 star for the emulator because I have fun playing my 90s games with this retro Sega emulator! But there needs to be more updates to fix these glitches and crashes for more improvements of the emulator. So glad that this emulator existed and can't wait for more expansion of the CD and 32-bits that's coming in the near future! Yay! Hooray!
