Ratings and reviews

New rebate program requires you to enter a code in the app. The code is found on the blue portion of the bag typed in blue colored text. Hardly legible, the code didn't work anyway. There is no option to report the exact problem in the app, it just assumes the code is missing, so it asks you to submit a photo of the illegible text. Appreciate this dog food and rebate program very much before the switch to the phone app. Hopefully they can work the kinks out of the system.

What an invasive piece of garbage. Add your email, then phone number, then ADDRESS WHERE YOU LIVE, then register pet, register vet. Downloaded only for the "free bag" they keep advertising after you buy 10 bags. Brought 7 bags, it only accepted the first code, and the rest are gone. Asked for a receipt, which I added, and said support will contact me. They didn't. Codes were not accepted, so they stole all my data, and I got NOTHING.

terrible experience. It allowed me to add a first code and then asked for receipts to be uploaded on other purchases - I didn't save them! but I have all the empty packages that I can present. also no option to change the language - ridiculous! don't they know that foreigners might live in Hungary or Spain or any other country without knowing the local language?
