It enables the scanning of visitor badges and the instant creation of a fully digital contact database in real time during the event.

With Scan Smart you can:
- Scan visitor badges quickly and easily.
- Add notes and ratings to each contact.
- Create and manage the staff attending the event. Staff can be internal (company employees) or external (hostesses, promoters, or temporary personnel).
- Create custom events to track attendance not only at your booth but also during activities organized elsewhere within the exhibition.
- Export all collected contacts at the end of the event.
