About this app

Fascicolo Sanitario is the app that gives you quick access to the main digital healthcare services of the Lombardy Region, providing you with your entire medical history in a single tool.

With the app, you can:
• download your health records, avoiding the need to visit the healthcare facility to pick up the paper document;
• collect prescriptions issued in Lombardy or other regions without having to go to the doctor to pick up the reminder. For pharmaceutical prescriptions, you no longer need to print them: you can show the barcode to the pharmacist;
• view your and your children's vaccinations administered in Lombardy or other regions and made available by vaccination centers;
• add useful documents to enrich your Health Record;
• view your appointments;
• consult your care plans, if you have signed up for chronic patient care;
• manage consent to consult your Health Record for yourself and your children;
• view your general practitioner's details;
• Download COVID-19 green certificates when available from the Ministry of Health's national platform;
• View your celiac disease budget, change your celiac disease code, and generate a "celiac OTP" code to authorize spending on gluten-free dietary products for you and your children;
• View your exemptions.

You can access the Health File app with your SPID digital identity or with your CIE electronic identity card: you must have already installed the CieID app on your device.
