About this app

PoolBooking - Scanner is the app for pool staff who validate guest admissions directly upon entering the facility.

It's the mobile companion to the PoolBooking management system: staff scan the booking QR code, and the app confirms in real time whether the ticket is valid, already used, or unrecognized.

IMPORTANT: To use the app, you need a PoolBooking account with a Manager or Front Office role, associated with a facility. End guests cannot access it.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Scan reservation QR codes with your camera and instantly validate entry
• See the outcome immediately: valid entry, ticket already scanned, or invalid
• View the list of reservations for the day, with search and filters (all, to be scanned, scanned)
• Record a manual check-in when needed, with confirmation
• Monitor the day's counters on the homepage: entries registered and yet to be registered
• See the assigned station for each reservation

• Simple and fast interface, optimized for everyday use at the counter

• Clearly visible guest name and highlighted manual reservations

SECURITY
Login is using your PoolBooking property credentials. Data travels over an encrypted connection, and sessions are verified upon each request.
